The Cambridge Linguaskill test is a secured and invigilated test. The Cambridge Linguaskill test process consists of two phases: (1) The Test-Taking Phase; and (2) The Results Verification Phase.

In the Test-Taking Phase, you will be required to follow all standard operating procedures of invigilation that will be communicated to you. Should you disagree to follow the standard operating procedures at any point, your test session will be discontinued.

The Results Verification Phase occurs after you have completed all your tests in the Test-Taking Phase. During this Phase, Cambridge and its Test Centre Partners or Agents will need to verify the validity and integrity of your results.

Should the system detect abnormality in your test results, your tests will be flagged for investigation. Abnormality may include (but not limited to) plagiarism/using answers from reference materials, using third-party testing services, abnormal result variances, abnormal test-taking behaviour, and abnormal changes/inconsistencies in answering techniques.

Should your test or tests be flagged, you will be required to follow all standard operating procedures of investigation and cooperate with Cambridge and its Test Centre Partners or Agents fully. Investigative actions may include (but not limited to) interviews, retests, and travelling to a Test Centre for verification.

Should you disagree to follow the standard operating procedures of investigation at any point, your test result or results under investigation shall be deemed forfeit and nullified automatically. Please take note that any money that you have paid and that are associated with your disagreement to cooperate with the investigation will not be refunded back to you.

Should the flag be confirmed as true, your test result or results under investigation will be nullified. In addition, you may be blacklisted from taking the Cambridge Linguaskill test either (a) remotely, or (b) remotely and face-to-face, within our network of Test Centres. Any money that you have paid and that are associated with the positive flag will not be refunded back to you.

Should the flag be negative, the investigation will close. You will not be charged any additional money for the investigation.

After the Results Verification Phase has completed, your Cambridge Linguaskill results will be released to you. We reserve all rights to continue the Result Verification Phase to investigate any forms of malpractice even after the results have been released to you.
